CLIENTS

The Clients submenu will give us all the reports related information of patients i.e. Client List, Patient List by Referrer, Rx (Prescriptions and Dispensations), Patient List Creation, Clinical, and Immunization Registry.

List

  1. In Clients submenu, choose ‘List’ option (Reports > Clients > List).

  2. Clicking List option will bring us to a new tab “Report - Patient List” in main window. For better visualisation you can close other tabs, Calendar and Patient Finder (click 'x' icon in tabs at arrows below).

  3. Now go to the ‘Provider’ drop down list (below at left) and select search criteria. Specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates (oval). Click on Submit button (arrow) to display the results.

  4. The “Report - Patient List” gives you a list of patients for a given provider, or for all providers (if not selected any), in a specified date range.

    • From here you can collect the demographic information (Name, Address, ID, Last visit etc) about the patient.
    • You can print the list by clicking on ‘Print’ button (green arrow above) and export the data to a CSV file by clicking on ‘Export to CSV’ (green arrow above) button.


Patient List by Referrer

  1. In Clients submenu, choose ‘Patient by Referrer’ option (Reports > Clients >Patient by Referrer).

  2. Clicking on ‘Patient by Referrer’ option will open a tab “Report - Patient List By Referrer”.

  3. Enter the Referring provider type by using drop down option. Specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates. Click on ‘Submit’ button to get the list of patients.

  4. After submitting, a page containing list of patients for a given Referring provider, or for all providers (if not selected any), in a specified date range appears.

    • From here you can collect the patient information such as Name, Contact Information, ID, Insurance etc.
  5. You can print the list by clicking on ‘Print’ button and export the data to a CSV file by clicking on ‘Export to CSV’ button.


Prescriptions and Dispensations

  1. In the Clients submenu, choose ‘Rx’ option (Reports > Clients >Rx).
  • This report displays the use of medications and other supplies entered into the Facility's 'Drugs and Products' Inventory if enabled (see Globals / Features)

  1. Clicking on ‘Rx’ option will open a tab “Report - Prescriptions and Dispensations”.

  2. In this page, first option is to enter the Facility name (which can be changed according to requirement). Specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates. You can also enter Patient ID, Drug and Lot for more simplified information.

  3. When done with your selections, click ‘Submit’.
    • It will produce a tabulated report for each patient in the date range, and shows information such as patient ID, drug name, NDC, Units Refills, Instructed, Reactions, Dispensed, Quantity, Manufacturer and Lot.

    • Click ‘Print’ button to print the data.


Patient List Creation

  1. In the Clients submenu, choose ‘Patient List Creation’ option (Reports > Clients >Patient List Creation).

  2. Clicking on ‘Patient List Creation’ option will open a tab “Report - Patient List Creation” .

    • Specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates. From the ‘Options’ drop down menus select suitable input (Demographics, Problems, Medication, Allergies, Lab results, Communication).

    • You can also enter Patient ID, Age and Gender in ‘Patient ID’, ‘Age Range’ and ‘Gender’ text box respectively.
    • Once entered all the required criteria, click on ‘Submit’ button.
  3. After submitting, a page containing detailed information corresponding to each patient i.e. Patient Name, PID, Age, Gender, Race and Provider Name. Most column headers can be clicked to change sort order. The image below is sorted by PID values.

Clinical

  1. In the Clients submenu, choose ‘Clinical’ option (Reports > Clients >Clinical).

  2. Clicking on ‘Clinical’ option will open a tab “Report - Clinical”.
    • In this you have several options to select, but its not necessary to select all one of them. You can select them according to the information you have or you require.
    • ‘Facility’, ‘Gender’, ‘Race’, ‘Ethnicity’, ‘Option’, Communication’ are drop down menus select suitable input.
    • For ‘Age’ and ‘Date’ specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’.
    • Also at the bottom there are few options according to which you can sort patient’s files. Once entered all the required criteria, click on ‘Submit’ button.

  3. After submitting, a page containing summary of data of patients appears. The image is showing data set sorted by Patient Name.

  4. To explore each patient’s data, click on down arrow at the extreme right of patient’s name (oval below right).

  5. Use the ‘Print’ button to print the data.

Immunization Registry

  1. In the Clients submenu, choose ‘Immunization Registry’ option (Reports > Clients > Immunization Registry).
  • This report displays a list of the immunizations given durng the report period, which can be printed in a format suitable for submission to U.S. State health organizations.

  1. Clicking on ‘Immunization Registry’ option will open a tab “Report - Immunization Registry”.

    • In this tab you can choose ‘Codes’ by selecting a suitable value.
    • Specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates.
    • Click on ‘Refresh’ button to obtain the desired data set.
  2. You can print the results by clicking on the ‘Print’ button. You can also get a HL7 file by clicking on ‘HL7’ button.
