Clients

The “Clients” submenu includes reports related to patient information. The image below shows the available report types available within the Clients section.

Patient List

The “Patient List” report generates a list of patients for a given provider within a specified date range.

To access the “Patient List” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Patient List” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Report – Patient List.”

2. Enter the desired search criteria within the form (1).

  • Choose a provider from the “Provider” drop-down list
  • Choose “From” and “To” dates
  • Select the “Submit” button to display the results (2)

3. The results are displayed in a table with patient demographic information listed in the column headings.

  • Select the “Print” button to print the results and the “Export to CSV” button to output the results into a CSV file (3)

Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Diagnosis

The “Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Diagnosis” report generates a list of medical diagnoses that fit the entered patient demographic information.

To access the “Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Diagnosis” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Diagnosis” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Clinical Reports: Demographics vs Diagnosis.”

2. All of the available information will be available in a searchable table below the search form with patient demographic and diagnosis information listed in the column headings (1).

3. To narrow down the results, enter the desired search criteria (2).

  • Search for and select a medical diagnosis code by clicking in the text box next to “Problem DX”
  • Enter minimum and maximum ages
  • Choose an ethnicity group from the “Ethnicity” drop-down list
  • Select the “Refresh Query” button to display the results (3)

4. There are two main ways to search through the results:

  • To search a table column for specific information, enter a keyword into the text box above a column heading (4)
  • To search the entire table for specific information, enter a keyword or phrase into the text box next to “Search” (5)

5. To download the results into different formats, select one of the buttons above the results table (6):

  • Select the “Copy” button to copy the results
  • Select the “Excel” button to download the results into an Excel (XLSX) file
  • Select the “PDF” button to download the results into a PDF file
  • Select the “CSV” button to download the results into a CSV file

Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Lab Results

The “Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Lab Results” report generates a list of lab results that fit the entered patient demographic information.

To access the “Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Lab Results Reports” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Clinical Statistics: Demographics vs. Lab Results” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Lab Stats by Demographics.”

2. All of the available information will be available in a searchable table below the search form with patient demographic information and lab results listed in the column headings (1).

3. To narrow down the results, enter the desired search criteria (2).

  • Enter minimum and maximum ages
  • Choose a number from the “Results Per Page” drop-down list to narrow down the number of results shown in the screen
  • Choose a page number from the “Navigate to Page” drop-down list to be directed to that page number
  • Select the “Refresh Query” button to display the results (3)

4. There are two main ways to search through the results:

  • To search a table column for specific information, enter a keyword into the text box above a column heading (4)
  • To search the entire table for specific information, enter a keyword or phrase into the text box next to “Search” (5)

Patient List by Referrer

The “Patient List by Referrer” report generates a list of patients for a given referring provider within a specified date range.

To access the “Patient List by Referrer” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Patient List By Referrer” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Report – Patient List by Referrer.”

2. Enter the desired search criteria (1).

  • Choose a referring provider from the “Referring Provider” drop-down list
  • Select “From” and “To” dates
  • Select the “Submit” button to display the results (2)

3. The results are displayed in a table with patient demographic information listed in the column headings.

  • Select the “Print” button to print the results and the “Export to CSV” button to output the results into a CSV file (3)

Prescriptions and Dispensations

The “Prescriptions and Dispensations” report displays the use of medications and other supplies entered into the Facility's “Drugs and Products” Inventory, if enabled within the Global Settings.

To access the “Prescriptions and Dispensations” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Prescriptions and Dispensations” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Reports – Prescriptions and Dispensations.”

2. Enter the desired search criteria (1).

  • Choose a facility name from the “Facility” drop-down list
  • Select “From” and “To” dates
  • Enter a specific patient ID
  • Enter a specific drug name
  • Enter a specific lot number
  • Select the “Submit” button to display the results (2)

3. The results are displayed in a table with patient and administered drug information listed in the column headings.

  • Select the “Print” button to print the results (3)

Patient List Creation

The “Patient List Creation” report generates a patient list that fits the entered search criteria.

To access the “Patient List Creation” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Patient List Creation” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Report – Patient List Creation.”

2. Enter the desired search criteria (1).

  • Enter “From” and “To” dates
  • Choose a specific option to narrow down the search
  • Enter a specific patient ID
  • Enter an age range in the “From” and “To” text boxes next to “Age”
  • Select a specific gender from the “Gender” drop-down list
  • Select the ‘Submit’ button to display the results (2)

3. The results are displayed in a list containing patient demographic information listed in the column headings.

  • The arrows next to the column headers can be clicked on to change the sort order

Clinical

The “Clinical” report generates a list of patients that fit the entered criteria.

To access the “Clinical” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Clinical” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Report – Clinical.”

2. Enter the desired search criteria (1).

  • Choose a facility from the “Facility” drop-down list
  • Enter a specific patient ID
  • Select “From” and “To” dates
  • Enter an age range in the “From” and “To” text boxes next to “Age”
  • Enter a medical diagnosis code into “Problem DX”
  • Select a specific gender from the “Gender” drop-down list
  • Enter a drug name into the text box next to “Drug”
  • Select a specific race from the “Race” drop-down list
  • Select a specific ethnicity from the “Ethnicity” drop-down list
  • Enter an immunization name into the text box next to “Immunization”
  • Enter a lab result into the text box next to “Lab Result”
  • Select a specific option from the “Option” drop-down list
  • Select a communication method from the “Communication” drop-down list
  • Check a box(es) next to “Sort By” to choose a sort criteria option(s) for the results to be sorted in
  • Select the “Submit” button to display the results (2)

3. The results display a summary list of patients.

  • Select the “Print” button to print the data (3)
  • Select the arrow located at the far right next to the patient’s name to view or hide each patient’s data (4)

Immunization Registry

The “Immunization Registry” report generates a list of the immunizations given during a report period.

To access the “Immunization Registry” module and generate a report:

1. Select “Immunization Registry” from the Clients submenu, which will open a tab called “Report – Immunization Registry.”

2. Enter the desired search criteria (1).

  • Choose a medical code from the “Codes” list
  • Select “From” and “To” dates
  • Select the “Refresh” button to display the results (2)

3. The results are displayed in a table with patient demographic and immunization information listed in the column headings.

  • Select the “Print” button to print the results, and the “Get HL7” button to put the results into a downloadable HL7 file (3)
